Date of conducting of the 5th stage of the Laboratory is 9 April-12 May 2007.

23-27 April 2007, «Teaching a method of elocution teaching» master-class by the Docent of the Schukin Moscow High Theater College, Anna Brusser, and the Chekhov Moscow Artistic Theater Workshop, Dmitriy Koshmin, will take place in the Ilkhom Theater.  

The master-class will be held for students of the Ilkhom Theater School of Drama and its actors, teachers of the Tashkent Theater Institute, radio and TV announcers and participants of the Laboratory of Young Directors of the Central Asia and Kazakhstan.

Introduced by highly qualified specialists experience and modern methods will support a professional growth of those, who are interested, and give young teachers guidance in mastery of pedagogic skill.

Dear Colleagues!

We are pleased to inform you that in April-May 2007 the International Laboratory of Young Directors of the Central Asia and Kazakhstan will continue its work with support of the Ebert Foundation (Germany) and The Action Prize presented to the Laboratory by the Culture Council attached to the President of the Russian Federation.

The creative process of the 5th Laboratory as it was stated earlier, this time will be based on the work process over the classical literature text, which belongs to the history of culture and the World Theater – «The Oresteia» Trilogy by Aeschylus.

During the Laboratory classes the participants of the Laboratory will:
- make a comparative analysis of four translations of the text in Russian;
- analyse the law of composition and work on a big format classical literature text;
- conduct seminars on contemporaneity of sounding of the classical text and ways of its realization; 
- traditionally participate in master-classes on stage elocution and movement directly related to work on «The Oresteia» by Aeschylus;
- have a possibility to work with actors on realization of the production conception. For that the text of the Trilogy will be divided on fragments and the Laboratory participants will be responsible for their episodes.

The Laboratory will start its work on 9 April up to 12 May 2007.

The premier of the project is planed on 11 May 2007.
